How much interest would you have to pay?
A. Currently the amount of interest that you would pay is 0.78% per month payable on a decreasing balance.
Q. What term is the loan?
A. The loan can be arranged for you over 36, 48, 60 or 120 months.
Q. Why 120 months?
A. The loan has been set up to be flexible. Other lenders set up short terms, which dictate to you how you pay and this can make borrowing more expensive monthly for you on larger purchase orders.
Q. How much can you borrow?
Loans are available from £1000 – £25,000+.
Q. What happens if you pay more money per month?
A. As soon as you pay more money into your account, it comes straight off the loan, reducing the term and the total amount of interest that you would have to pay. You are in control of the term and interest that you pay.
Q. How do you pay more money into my account?
A. You can either set up a standing order, in conjunction with your Direct Debit or request an additional payment book. You can either pay more monthly or in lump sums – the choice is yours.
Q. Is the loan secured?
A. No. The loan is not secured on your property; it is an unsecured loan.
Q. Would you be any better protected using this account over my bank?
A. Yes, under the Credit Consumer Act Section Connector, Lender Liability, our Partnered Finance company are directly linked to Realistic, providing you with a double indemnity in the unlikely event of unsatisfactory resolution of a warranty claim. This effectively gives you another guarantee; no other method of payment can give you this peace of mind.
Q. How easy is the loan to arrange?
A. We can work through the paperwork with you, in the comfort of your own home.
Q. How much deposit would you have to pay?
A. Because Realistic are guaranteed full payment on installation, we can arrange the loan with a minimum monthly repayment as a deposit. If you go to the bank, the deposit can be up to 25%.
