Our IBG is with the Glass and Glazing Federation Insurance (GGFI) who are owned by the Glass and Glazing Federation who also happen to own FENSA. It has been important to us that you know and have trust in a name that you recognise; there are many other lesser known, cheaper companies but we believe you cannot put a price on peace of mind.

With the installation of new windows and doors, you should be offered an insurance backed guarantee,. Regulations have been put in place to protect the general public from unscrupulous traders. Unfortunately, there are still many people not been given the correct advice and documentation.

Do I really need an on-site consultation?2018-09-17T11:36:50+00:00

We can provide you with a guide price over the phone but we find that it works well for everyone involved if we can sit with you, in your home to discuss all available options. This also allows us to assess the location of the installation, and work out an accurate price based on specific measurements.

Our consultants want to provide you with all of the information you need to make a decision and unlike most companies, we will not be offering ridiculous discounts, calling managers or inventing money off schemes to get you to buy on the day.

We can provide you with a written quotation and hope you have at least 2 other quotations to compare, before you make a buying decision.  We are confident enough to know you’ll come back.

Do I have to pay a deposit if we decide to purchase a door?2018-09-17T11:36:06+00:00

A deposit will be required for your home improvement and the remaining balance will be paid upon satisfactory completion of your door installation.
