Ultrasky Orangery Plymouth
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Mr Roberts original contact was by email with a picture attached of his existing conservatory asking us what we could suggest from turning what he had into something that he liked and could use all year round. We came up with some concept designs and this Ultrasky Orangery is the final result.
The existing base was kept, we raised the height of the existing full height wall, then assembled the rest on site. Due to the expanse of the sliding patio doors a hidden box beam is housed within the internal pelmet which provided the structural support to stop deflection. The room has three aluminium super insulated columns providing additional thermal efficiency to the room as well as giving it a modern look.
