We had a very large Conservatory measuring 4m x 5m very cold in the winter too hot in the summer. This company came to quote they were clear and precise about costing, the quote was competitive, more than this Ryan was professional in his approach, he took time to really look at what was needed. We had to wait for the work to start as they were busy, that for us was good sign. Work started and the guys were great, all friendly, they cleaned up everyday after themselves, for me this was good as its a busy house with lots of children. I can't recommend this company enough. There are so many companies promising the earth and supplying rubbish, Ryan has a genuine good heart and wants the job done properly. I never give reviews often, but don’t hesitate with these guys. So very pleased with our new extension. Ryan really listened to what we wanted and offered solutions to the problems we had with a previous build. The team worked hard and the build looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Ryan and the team have done an excellent job. We wanted an extra space to spend more time in the garden but the weather not always good for sitting outside. The room is lovely as were the teams who did the work thank you for all your hard work.

We selected Realistic because they paid full attention to the design of a roof to replace our conservatory with a span of over 4 metres. Other companies offered to build a roof which was not validated by the material supplier. Construction went very well, and the tradesmen were skilled and careful in the house and garden. The plastering was finished very well. Two minor glitches were fixed with care and without hassle.

We had some windows installed, by another company and the result including the experience, was a total disaster. So when we looked into the remainder of our windows to be fitted, we were somewhat nervous, as to what the outcome would be, when choosing another company. We chose Realistic Windows who surveyed our property and sent Chris and Matt, to carry out our window installation. Nothing was too much trouble for these two guys. Their work was impeccable, leaving the house clean and tidy, as the job progressed. Nothing was too much trouble. We were very pleased with the Realistic Window Company and would highly recommend them to others. Many thanks for all their hard work.

If you are looking for quality home improvements with superb service then look no further, from day one when Ryan visited to measure up and give us a quote right the way through to the final installation of the new windows and roof by the fitting team we could not have asked for more. Even with the issues of COVID 19 once the lockdowns where relaxed the team worked around us all working from home, keeping everything tidy and clean – the photos do not do it justice we would be more than happy to recommend Realistic to anyone, you will not be disappointed!

I selected Realistic as they are a company approved by the roof manufacturers. The initial visit before making our decision covered all our questions and was not rushed. I was impressed with the installers attention to detail and the quality of the product. We are very pleased with the the end result and use the room more frequently than before.

We had a front porch put in in August 2021 and are very pleased with the results. The porch has a tinted glass roof, which so far in the heat of August (such as we've had!) has kept the porch relatively cool. It is light and airy, and provides much needed space for coats and shoes. They started the work exactly when they said they would, were very professional and hard-working, as well as friendly. They tidied up well, and addressed a few snagging issues promptly with no hassles. My only reservation is that communication along the way was not what it could be. I had to contact them at each stage to find out when they were going to start the next stage. However, I have given 5 stars as when I raised this issue at the end, I received a very polite response from Jen, apologising and promising to pass my comments on and make sure improvements were made in this area.
